Wine Critic Review: Our Andre Brut California champagne is a medium-dry blend of crisp white wine grapes with green apple aromas and a light mouthfeel.
My review: I really enjoyed this sparkling wine. The first taste was dry and almost tingly but the second taste was sweeter. Overall I found it to be very light and sweet. It was a very bubbly and refreshing drink and although I did not get the green apple aromas, the flavor reminded me slightly of strawberries. I had this wine without food.
